Welcome to tsteacher.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by tsteacher.com.

Your access and use of this Site signify your agreement to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully and retain a copy for your records.

tsteachers.com operates this E-Commerce Site to provide educational programs, including but not limited to:

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Program
• Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA) Program
• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Program
• Pharmacy Technician (PT) Program
• Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counseling (ADAC) Program

Privacy

Your use of this Site is subject to tsteachers.com’s Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy, which governs data collection and usage and forms part of these Terms.

Electronic Communications

By visiting tsteacher.com or sending emails to tsteachers.com, you engage in electronic communications.

Children Under Thirteen

Cancellation and Refund Policy

tsteachers.com follows Section 94919(c) of the California Code, which requires a pro-rata refund of non-federal student financial aid for students who complete 60 percent or less of the program.

Refunds are calculated as follows:

• The number of days attended before withdrawal, divided by total days in the program.
• All amounts paid in excess of the calculated obligation shall be refunded (exceptions apply).
• The STRF assessment, $100 registration fee, and the cost of unused books, supplies, or equipment returned within 10 business days may be deducted.

Books, supplies, or equipment unused and in original sealed packaging may be returned for credit.

Links to Third-Party Sites / Services

The Site may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). These Linked Sites are not under the control of tsteachers.com.

tsteachers.com is not responsible for:

• The content of any Linked Site,
• Any link contained within a Linked Site,
• Any changes or updates to such sites.

Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

Certain services may be provided by third parties. By using these services, you consent to sharing necessary information with those third parties.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use tsteacher.com in accordance with these Terms.
